Initiate Your Return
Log into your PreSonus account and visit the order history section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
